Mouth infections!

Recurrent Aphthous Stomatitis!
There are many types of mouth infections, such as blisters, ulcers, white patches, cysts, fungal cancers and many types of oral cancer, such as blisters.

A) General features of oral herpes:
   - Occurs more frequently in childhood and more frequently in adolescents and young adults, and less frequently in older persons
   - Most patients are healthy and do not smoke
   - Acne develops 2 to 3 hours or one day earlier with redness or pain in the patient or little pain like itching
   - The blisters are very painful, especially difficult to eat, and the blisters are mid-palms and edges around the red
   - Position of blisters in the mouth on soft tissues such as the tongue, inner lip, soft palate, etc.
   - Time with place can happen anywhere, often and often.

B) There are three main types of mouth blisters:
   Minor Aphthous Stomatitis:
      - The most common type
      - Occurs in soft tissues in the mouth
      - The bladder is middle, rounded, with a diameter of 3-7 mm and the edges around the red color.
      - One or more blisters
      - Pain when eating
   2) Major Aphthous Stomatitis
      - Less common
      - Large, many centimeters
      Severe pain can be fever
      - Long-term recovery for several months
      - On the other hand, there may be scars
   3) Hundreds of small blisters (Herpetiform Aphthous Stomatitis)
      - Less common
      - Size 1 to 2 mm
      - As many as hundreds
      - Very red

C) Reason:
   No specific cause has been identified, but most are:
      • Hereditary factors
      • Frequent conflict
      • Inflammation
      • Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV)
      • Gastrointestinal abnormalities
      • Low blood pressure and vitamins
      • Ammonia changes
      • Multi-dimensional thinking
      • Use of certain medications

D) Similar disease with oral herpes
   - Erythème multiforme
   - Récurrent herpes
   - Pemphigiod
   - Pemphigus
   - Chronic Infection (Syphilis, TB, Fungal)
   - Hand food and mouth disease
   - Néoplasme Tumor

E) Treatment:
   - Treatment depends on the underlying cause
   Small blisters can heal on their own in 10 to 14 days
   - Short-term painkillers (3 to 4 days)
   Do not use self-medication without your doctor or dentist
   - Make good oral hygiene
   - Appoint a dentist for diagnosis by matching with other similar oral conditions.
